Tonight sees the return of The Music Knights to your radio airwaves. After a hiatus nearly stretching a whole year, the UK based musical champions return with some more new and eclectic music to get your audio tastebuds purring. Similarly, with the show expanding into several new forms of media, including podcasting, and FM radio too, we’re really gearing up for a big year.
The programme is presented by Sam Davis, Joel Fabian, and Andy Clarke – and we’re on air every fortnight, for two (sometimes three) hours of the finest tracks and artist interviews on the radio. During our last stint, we interviewed and spoke to the likes of Frank Turner, Mikky Ekko, Ain’t No Love, and Mungo Jerry – plus we pioneered some new and emerging acts such as Arabella, The Paper Shades, and Half Hour Hotel – all of whom have had some serious radio success since!
So what this time? We’ll, we’re kicking off our shows, as ever, on Reach OnAir. We’ll be available almost instantly as a downloadable Podcast, and soon, you’ll be able to hear us on other more typical forms of broadcasting (we’ll tell you more about that another time!)
If you want to get in touch, please follow us on our brand new Twitter account! We’ve only just set it up again and we’re keen on using it to really engage with musicians up and down the land (and broad) to really give them some positive press, some encouragement, but also giving them the opportunity to be heard on the radio, as well as seen on our website (we review music by the power of word too by the way!)
So tonight, do us a favour, tell your friends, and tune right on in. We are live at (12pm PDT, 3pm EDT, 8pm BST, 9pm CET) so you can hear us live via http://www.reachonair.com, or catchup via the Listen Again link at the top of our website. We’ll have the whole show available an hour after broadcast too. Also you can listen direct from your mobile by clicking this Mobile Friendly Link.
Tune in tonight from 8pm – and get in touch via Twitter @themusicknights or, leave a message on Facebook, and we’ll give you a shout.
